Frozen Flattened Roaster Chicken

Our delicious whole roasters are flattened and pre-seasoned with our signature rub, or marinated in our Korean BBQ sauce. These tasty birds are vacuumed sealed and frozen to maintain freshness.  Thaw out in the refrigerator and it’s ready for your oven, smoker, or BBQ! Great for large families and parties.

Rub Ingredients:

Ground Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Chili Powder, Ground Coriander, Brown Sugar, Ground Oregano, Spanish Paprika, Fine Sea Salt, Ground White Pepper

Korean BBQ Ingredients:

Gochujang, water, sugar, bourbon, sesame oil, soy sauce, white vinegar, lime juice
